The calorie content of the salad depends on the thickness of the applied mayonnaise. If this is important to you, don't get carried away.

It is not necessary to use the ring, you can collect everything in layers and without it, but with the ring it turns out more beautiful.

Put the meat pieces in the first layer. Smooth out and cover with egg dressing with mayonnaise. But, we do not use the entire dressing, but only 1/3 of the total amount. Spread everything well with a spatula. Or just a spoon?

Cut the onion into half rings and fry until golden in a pan with vegetable oil. Then add the mushrooms cut into thin slices to it and fry everything together until the mushrooms are ready. At the end, salt and pepper.

  • Fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.

  • Greens - a bunch
  • Salt, ground black pepper - to taste

As in previous recipes, first prepare the ingredients. Boil the chicken breast in salted water until tender, and then cut into small strips.

Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown in a pan. Then add chopped mushrooms. Salt, pepper and fry everything together until the mushrooms are ready.

Cut fresh cucumbers into strips.

Let's move on to the salad. We set the ring on a plate and spread the fried mushrooms with onions. Lay the chicken on top. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
