For 2 servings - 2 bananas, 100 ml Burenka cream 33%.

I buy very ripe sweet bananas with "freckles", cut them into pieces:

If you put it in the morning, then at lunch or dinner you can already make ice cream, the banana slices have time to freeze and harden. I buy 1-2 kilograms of bananas, most often such sweet ripe bananas are also sold at a big discount, as they quickly deteriorate. But these bananas are the most delicious. I chop and freeze everything and then use little by little.

I put the frozen banana pieces in the blender chopper bowl, I have it with a capacity of 500 ml, fill it 2/3 (two large portions of ice cream are obtained), pour 100 ml of cream on top:


I grind until creamy. If the mass comes out too thick, I add a little more cream, but a little bit so that the mass does not turn out to be liquid.


It turns out thick ice cream, similar in texture to soft ice cream from a freezer. You can already eat it, I most often do this, I really like such a delicate cream ice cream:


Or you can put such soft ice cream in a food container and freeze. This takes 3-5 hours, depending on the capacity of your freezer. It turns out classic ice cream. That is why we need heavy cream, and not 10-20%, or milk, otherwise it will turn out not ice cream, but ice.

While it is frozen, I do not take it out of the freezer and do not mix it. Most often I put it in the freezer for the night - and went to bed. Or I cooked it in the morning, because it only takes a few minutes, put it in the freezer - and in the evening the ice cream is ready:


It remains only to put it in vases - and you can eat. On top, if desired, you can sprinkle with grated chocolate, or put berries, but I like banana ice cream without additives the most:


2. Creamy ice cream with condensed milk.

The cost of such ice cream is more expensive than banana ice cream, but, in my opinion, it is even tastier.

To prepare it, you need 6 minutes of work and 4-6 hours to freeze. Ingredients for 6 servings (1 serving - 110 grams):

Cream Burenka 33%, I take 500 ml

Condensed milk 150 ml, I buy this:

To whip the cream well, I put it in the freezer for 30-40 minutes. They become thicker and slowly flow out of the neck of the package. I beat with an ordinary mixer (I have an old unkillable "Khortytsya") with whisks at the highest speed:


Well-chilled cream is whipped for 2.5 minutes. If not whipped - continue to beat at the highest speed, I have never had to beat for longer than 5 minutes.

Be careful not to overdo it so that it does not turn out butter! The cream is firmly attached to the whisk, does not drain - it means that it has whipped:


I measure out 150 ml of condensed milk with a measuring cup and pour it into whipped cream in a stream, stirring with a mixer at the lowest speed. I spread it in a container - and in the freezer:


When it hardens, the ice cream is ready. You can serve it with grated chocolate, sliced ​​​​fruits, berries, nuts, pour over jam, or sprinkle with ground coffee - choose what you like best. I like this ice cream in its natural form the most:


If you replace the usual condensed milk with boiled condensed milk, you get creme brulee ice cream. Very delicious!

3. Strawberry ice cream.

Ingredients:

Take half a glass of sugar, preferably brown. Pour it into a saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of starch and a pinch of salt. Pour in 2 cups of low-fat milk, stir, bring to a boil and cook for just a minute over medium heat. Be sure to stir.

Then take the mixture off the heat, add a couple of teaspoons of vanilla and stir again. Pour half of this mixture into a blender, add two bananas cut into pieces and mix until smooth. After that, enter the rest of the milk mixture and freeze the resulting mass.

If you do not want to mess around for a long time, then there is a milk ice cream which allows you to do without heat treatment. Just mix 3 bananas and 3-4 tablespoons of milk in a blender. Then add any flavoring additives (spices, berries, fruits, nuts, condensed milk), mix with a spoon - and into the freezer.

Proportions are conditional. If you want milk-banana ice cream more than banana-milk ice cream, then add not three tablespoons of milk, but a glass.

Cottage cheese banana ice cream

For those who are tired of eating ordinary curd mixtures, we will tell you how to make ice cream from banana and cottage cheese. Take a pound of homogeneous cottage cheese, 3 pieces of ripe, but preferably not black banana, 100 grams of sugar or powdered sugar. Sugar can be added less or not used at all - a matter of taste. We also do not see anything criminal in replacing it with jam or honey.
