2 tbsp vegetable oil,
salt, black and red ground pepper - to taste.

Cooking:
Rinse the chicken thighs, pat dry and rub with a mixture of pepper and salt. Leave to marinate at room temperature for 1 hour. Then place the thighs in a deep air fryer greased with vegetable oil and place in the air fryer. Set the cooking temperature to 190°C, time 30 minutes. Then turn the pieces over, pour generously with sour cream and set the cooking time again to 30 minutes.

The slow cooker can simmer at a low temperature: for chicken in sour cream, these are ideal conditions! It comes out soft and not dry.

Chicken in sour cream in a slow cooker

Ingredients:
700-800 g of chicken meat (possible with bones),
200-250 ml sour cream,
1-2 bulbs
1-3 garlic cloves,
1-2 tbsp flour,
a pinch of sugar
salt, pepper - to taste.

Cooking:
In the "Frying" or "Baking" mode in vegetable oil, fry the diced onion and garlic, cut into slices, for 3-5 minutes. Pat the chicken pieces dry and add to the bowl. Fry in the same mode, stirring, until the chicken turns white. Salt, pepper, add flour and fry, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes. Pour in some boiling water, stir until the flour is completely dissolved, and add sour cream and a pinch of sugar. Close the lid, set the "Extinguishing" mode for 30-40 minutes. This recipe can be complicated by adding carrots or mushrooms - they need to be stewed with onions.

Chicken in sour cream - it's fast and tasty, and most importantly, it's easy! Boiled potatoes (both in the form of mashed potatoes and whole tubers), crumbly rice, buckwheat, and pasta are suitable for chicken with sour cream sauce. And don't forget the salad!
