To prepare this somewhat unusual pie, we stock up:

  • raw and boiled eggs (two each);
  • mayonnaise (three tablespoons);
  • flour (100 g);
  • butter (40 g);
  • sugar (one tsp);
  • cabbage (400 g);
  • onion (1 pc.); salt.

How to cook

We will make a pie in a slow cooker. We put it in the "Baking" mode, put the butter in the bowl, as soon as it melts, we fall asleep finely chopped onion. Simmer, stirring, until soft. Then add finely chopped cabbage and eggs grated on a coarse grater. Then we fill the mass with dough made from beaten eggs with sugar, mayonnaise and flour. Mix everything, leave to cook in the same mode for an hour or a little more. If desired, you can take not white cabbage, but Beijing. Or, shall we say, colored. And instead of mayonnaise put sour cream.

In principle, charlotte is a dish that you can experiment with endlessly. Our hostesses have come up with a great many variations on this theme.
