  5. After waiting for the signal, hold the biscuit for up to half an hour in the “Heating” mode. The pastry should come out tall and as soon as it cools down, you can divide it into three by cutting it lengthwise.
  6. Take all the ingredients for the creamy mass and mix them with a mixer. Using a pastry bag, apply the resulting composition to the first two cakes in the form of rings, leaving room for the cherry filler.
  7. For berry filling, defrost cherries, transfer to a saucepan with sweet sand and put on the stove.
